【摘要】 实施科学合理的安全策略是保证四川粮食安全的重要保证。本文在对四川粮食数量安全与质量安全的现状分析的基础上,预测四川省"十一五"期间粮食安全的状况,据此提出应采取的策略及其实现途径。

【Abstract】 Implementing a scientific and reasonable strategy is an effective pledge for food security in Sichuan.The article forecasts the situation of the food security during the 11th five-year plan in Sichuan by analyzing the present situation of the food security.According to the analysis,the author put forwards some advice to the strategy choosing and the way to carry it out.
