【Abstract】 The design idea and method of multifunctional rapid coal quality analyser has been presented, including design of multifunctional weighing system for incoming samples, design of furnace with multiple temperature regions, multifunction integrated design and control method etc.. Using the said analyser, the integration of five functions, namely proximate analysis of coal, determination of total moisture content in coal, calculation of the calorific value of coal, measurement of the calorific value of coal, measurement of unburnt combustibles in fly ash, and thermogravimetric analysis of coal, has been realized, satisfying the requirements of rapid coal quality supervision and coal-blending operation in power plants and coal-shipping ports.更多还原
