燃煤电站实施SCR脱硝技术的关键工艺选择
CHOISE OF KEY TECHNOLOGY FOR IMPLEMENTING SCR DENITRIFICATION TECHNIQUE IN COAL-FIRED POWER PLANTS
【摘要】 对选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝技术在燃煤机组锅炉上实施时涉及到的关键工艺问题进行分析,包括还原剂的选择、催化剂的类型与选择、反应器的布置方式、氨喷射系统的设计及SCR系统的吹灰方式等,并分别给出了工艺选取原则及建议。
【Abstract】 The key problems concerning implementation of selective catalystic reduction(SCR) technique for flue gas denitrification on boilers of coal-fired units have been analysed,including selection of reducing agents, kinds of catalyst and their selection,layout mode of SCR reactor,design of ammonia-spraying system,and soot-blowing mode of the SCR system etc.,and selective principle and recommendations being put forward respectively.
