不均匀时段等流量和水量水能调算差异分析

【摘要】 分析等流量水能调节计算与衍生出的等水量水能调节计算之间的差异,通过实例说明两种水能计算法对于时段划分不均匀的水文年在计算结果上会产生不同,得出在计算水电站动能指标时,若水文年计算时段划分不均匀,采用等水量水能计算法会优于等流量水能计算法的结论。以位于第二松花江上游的白山电站为例,分别运用等流量和等水量两种水能调算方式,以比较其差异。

【Abstract】 TGP Resettlement supervision is composed of general supervision in the region and supervision for single resettlement works.The general supervision for TGP resettlement was formally put forward in 1994,and test at selected points was conducted in 1995.Significant achievements have been obtained in the test of 12 years.The main contents of general supervision for TGP are: resettlement policy implement,monitoring and controling for general progress of relocate resettlement,resettlement quality,resettlement effect etc.The general resettlement supervision features the regionalization for work target,comprehensiveness of work content,monitoring and supervision functions in supervision,work suggestion in advance etc.The adopted main monitor and control methods include that overall monitoring and estimation method,difference analysis method,match analysis method,key-route method,risk analysis method,check and acceptance method etc.According to the requirement in Stage Ⅳ resettlement work,in the general supervision for TGP,monitoring for ecological environment protection and living level of relocates in resettlement area should be strengthened.
