“水下风车”主轴机械密封失效分析及改进
Failure Analysis and Improvement of Mechanical Seals in Underwater Turbine
【摘要】 对“水下风车”主轴与机舱间采用的机械密封结构可靠性进行了分析,分别采用ANSYS有限元中接触单元的仿真方法和理论方法计算了轴向力及径向力引起的密封变形。结果表明,由环境压力引起的机械变形较小,从而排除因机械变形引起的泄漏。对“水下风车”的密封结构进行了改进,提出了改进的机械密封结构及浮动环密封结构。
【Abstract】 The causes of the mechanical seal leak between axis and nacelle in marine current turbine prototype were presented.The contact method of finite element analysis in ANSYS was introduced to calculate the seal distortion which is caused by the axial forces and radial forces.The simulation result was compared with the theoretical result.The results show that the leak caused by the distortion relates to the circumference pressure.The improved seal structure and floating seals were given for underwater turbines.
