油酸修饰纳米粒子的摩擦学性能比较
Comparison of the Tribological Properties of Oleic Acid Capped Inorganic Nanoparticles
【摘要】 利用化学法合成了表面为油酸所修饰的PbS、PbO和ZnS纳米粒子,由于无机纳米粒子表面有一层由油酸组成的长链有机化合物,使得所修饰的PbS、PbO和ZnS纳米粒子在基础油中有良好的分散性,能够作为润滑油添加剂。用四球摩擦磨损试验机分别考察了它们作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学行为,结果表明,无机纳米核的化学组成、大小,以及摩擦过程中所形成边界润滑膜的成膜机制对油酸修饰纳米粒子作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能影响不大,所合成的油酸修饰PbS、PbO和ZnS纳米粒子作为润滑油添加剂都能够明显提高基础油的减摩抗磨性能。
【Abstract】 Oleic acid capped PbS,PbO and ZnS nanoparticles were prepared using chemical method,owing to the long hydrocarbon chains on the inorganic nanoparticles,the prepared PbS,PbO and ZnS nanoparticles could be dispersed stably in base oil and could be used as oil additives.The tribological properties of the capped nanoparticles as additives in liquid paraffin were investigated using a four-ball wear tester.Results indicate that all the prepared nanoparticles used as oil additive exhibit similar tribological behaviour and can effectively improve the friction reduction and antiwear ability as compared to use liquid paraffin alone.The chemical composition,size of inorganic nano-core and the mechanism of the formation of the boundary film do not play an important role on the tribological properties of the capped nanoparticles.
