【摘要】 目的:观察蛇霜止血粉治疗鼻出血及鼻窦内窥镜手术后出血的临床疗效。方法:①将40例鼻出血患者随机分为2组各20例。治疗组用蛇霜止血粉凡士林纱条填塞止血,对照组用凡士林纱条填塞止血,分别观察止血时间;②将40例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为2组各20例,治疗组鼻窦内窥镜术后用蛇霜止血粉凡士林纱条填塞止血,对照组用凡士林纱条填塞止血,分别于第2天拔出纱条时观察鼻出血量。结果:鼻出血患者治疗组显效率为65．0％、总有效率为95．0％,对照组分别为20．0％、70．0％,2组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0．01)。鼻窦内窥镜手术后鼻腔填塞止血治疗组显效率为55％、总有效率为95％,对照组分别为5．0％、30．0％,2组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0．01)。结论:蛇霜止血粉应用于鼻出血患者及鼻窦内窥镜手术后鼻腔止血,均有良好的止血效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Sheshuang hemo static power (SHP,蛇霜止血散) for nasal bleeding (NB) and bleeding after operation of nasal sinus endoscope. Methods: 40 cases of NB were allocated to 2 groups (each group 20 eases) randomly. The treatment group was inserted the vaseline SHP ribbon gauze and control group by vaseline ribbon gauze for hemostasis.The hemostatic time were observed individually. Another 40 cases of chronic sinusitis were allocated to 2 groups (each group 20 cases) randomly. The treatment group (after operation of nasal sinus endoscope) was inserted by vaseline SHP ribbon gauze and control group by vaseline ribbon gauze for hemostasis, withdrew the ribbon gauze in the next day to observe the volume of nasal bleeding individually. Results: The markedly effective rale was 65. 0% and the tolal effective rate was 95. 0% in NB of treatment group and 20.0% and 70.0% in control group respectively ( P < 0. 01).
