【摘要】 目的了解玉溪市居民期望寿命情况,为进一步提高居民平均预期寿命提供科学依据。方法按坝区、半山区、山区县、乡(镇)分层,对2003年1月1日~2005年12月31日死亡的居民入户调查并照对前几次的普查资料,用简略寿命表[1]进行预期寿命计算。结果玉溪市2005、1989、1981和1975年平均期望寿命分别为73.59、68.556、7.21和62.01岁;2005年平均期望寿命男性为72.23岁,女性75.97岁;2005年比1975年升高11.58岁,30年平均上升0.40岁。山区少数民族为主的兴蒙、里山、通红甸、青龙厂、澧江和腰街镇2003~2005年男性与女性分别相差5.83、4.75、7.50、6.43、5.47和5.25岁;纳古镇、通红甸乡2003~2005年人年均纯收入分别为6 472元和1 739元,期望寿命为72.63岁和73.06岁。结论玉溪市居民平均期望寿命高于全国平均水平,低于国内发达地区;少数民族为主的山区乡镇男性与女性期望寿命差距较大;平均收入的高低并不是影响期望寿命的绝对因素。缩小男性与女性期望寿命差距对进一步提高居民的平均期望寿命有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide scientific evidence for improving average expectant lifespan of inhabitant. Methods The indoor interview directed at the dead inhabitants was conducted from Jan 2003 to Dec 2003 according to stratification of bunching counties and townships divided into basin area,semi-mountain area and mountain area. Results The average expectant lifespan for Yuxi City was 73.59,68.55,67.21 and 62.01 years.Among of them,man’s average expectant lifespan was 72.23 years and 75.97 years for women in 2005.2005 raised 11.14 year compared with 1975 and averagely raised 0.38 years during the 30 years.Hongta Cantor,Tonghai County,Huaning County and Eshan County were 74.98,75.53,74.41 and 71.96 years respectively in 2005.The annual average pure income was 6472 and 1739 RMB yuan respectively in Nagu and Tonghongdian townships and the expectant lifespan was 72.63 and 73.06 years respectively during 2003～2005. Conclusion Expectant lifespan of inhabitants in Yuxi City is higher than the level of whole country but lower than provinces in developed areas.The difference of average expectant lifespan is large between man and women at mountain area where mainly ethnic groups live.The high or low average income is not the absolute factor for expectant lifespan.It is of important significance to reduce the difference of expectant lifespan between man and women for further enhancement of expectant lifespan of inhabitants.更多还原
