骨髓活组织检查在慢性粒—单核细胞白血病中的诊断意义

【摘要】 目的评价骨髓活检在慢性粒-单核细胞白血病(CMML)中的诊断价值。方法观察42例CMML病人的骨髓涂片与骨髓活检切片,并做出比较和分析。结果骨髓涂片与切片相互结合起到相互补充的作用。结论骨髓切片与涂片结合起来更能提高CMML的检出率。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of bone marrow biopsy in diagnosis of CMML. Methods The bone marrow biopsy of 42 patients with CMML were examined and the results were analyzed. Results Bone marrow biopsy combined with bone marrow sections could diagnose and confirm CMML. Conclusion Bone marrow biopsy combioned with aspivation can improue detection rate of CMML.
