【摘要】 目的了解手足口病的流行病学和临床特征,提高对该病的认识,防止爆发流行。方法采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果6~7月份为该病的高发季节,发病人群主要为1~5岁的散居儿童和幼托儿童。临床表现主要为发热和皮疹,皮疹部位以手、足、口、臀、膝等为主。结论除对患儿进行积极的隔离治疗和疫点处理外,有效的健康教育对该病的预防能起到事半功倍的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To get an insight into the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease so as to upgrade the knowledge level and promote control activity. Methods The data were descriptively analyzed. Results The high incidence of hand, foot and mouth disease was noticed between June and July, and the infections occurred to infants aged from 1 year to 5 years in nurseries or at home. The typical clinical presentations mainly included fever and rash. The rash mainly occurred to hands, feet, mouths, buttocks, knees and so on. Conclusion Integrated control measures including active treatment of infections, infectious foci and health education be carried out.更多还原
