【摘要】 目的观察MINE方案作为解救化疗方案治疗复发或难治性侵袭性非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的疗效和安全性。方法选取46例复发或难治性侵袭性NHL患者,使用MINE作为解救方案进行化疗。结果46例患者各接受了2~6个周期该方案化疗,总的客观有效率为54.4%,完全缓解率17.4%;主要不良反应为骨髓抑制伴感染,均可耐受。结论MINE方案是治疗复发或难治性侵袭性NHL安全有效的解救方案之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of scheme for treatment of refractory non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma(NHL). Methods Forty-six patients with relapsed or refractory aggressive NHL were selected and treated with MINE scheme. Results The total RR was 54.4% with complete response (CR) rate of 17.4%. The major toxicity was myelosuppression with infection, which was tolerable by 46 patients received MINE scheme for 2～6 cycles, e. Conclusion MINE scheme is one of safe and effective salvage regimens for the patients with relapsed or refractory aggressive NHL.更多还原
