【摘要】 目的比较超脉冲CO2激光与连续CO2激光治疗扁平疣效果。方法病例80例,其中超脉冲CO2激光治疗组40例,连续CO2激光治疗组40例。观察色素沉着、结痂时间、脱痂时间情况。结果两组病例痊愈率无明显差异,超脉冲CO2激光治疗组皮损处色素沉着率明显较连续CO2激光治疗组的低,且结痂时间、脱痂时间也均较短(P<0.05)。结论超脉冲CO2激光治疗小面积扁平疣的效果较连续CO2激光好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of ultrapulsed CO2 laser with continuous CO2 laser on verruca plana. Methods 80 verruca plana patients were divided into two treatment groups. Group I consisted of 40 patients were treated with ultrapulsed CO2 laser and another 40 patients in Group II were treated with continuous CO2 laser. The results were comparatively analyzed. Results There no significant difference in cure rate were observed between the two groups. The pigmentation rate of Group I was significantly lower than that of Group II. The time of incrustation and decrustation in Group I was significantly shorter than that of Group II, showing significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The ultrapulsed CO2 laser is more effective than continuous CO2 laser in treatment of verruca plana patients.更多还原
