【摘要】 采用乙腈提取、固相萃取和高效液相色谱法相结合的方法,测定了多种蔬菜中除虫脲的残留量。结果表明,浓度范围在1～50μg/mL内,其峰面积与进样质量的线性相关系数为0．9986,方法的回收率为86．5％～102．3％,相对标准偏差RSD(n=5)在3．2％～5．6％,最低检出浓度为0．002 mg/kg。该法具有灵敏、准确,前处理简单易行等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Diflubenzuron residue in vegetables was extracted by Acetonitrile,cleaned up by solid phase extraction and then determined using high performance liquid chromatography.The residue determination showed there was a good linear calibration curve in the range of concentration of diflubenzuron from 1 to 50μg/mL with a correlation coefficient being 0.998 6 between the peak area and the sample feeding quality.The average recovery was in the range from 86.5% to 102.3% with a relative standard deviation of the samples ranging from 3.2% and 5.6%(n=5),and the minimum detection limit 0.001mg/kg.This determination method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible.更多还原
