安徽石台县日本血吸虫病传染源调查

【摘要】 目的了解石台县血吸虫病传染源种类,指导当地防治工作。方法选择龙泉、垄上及源头3个流行村,开展人畜及野生动物的病原学查病,计算感染率及感染度。结果3个村感染日本血吸虫的宿主有人、狗、猫及野鼠,其中人感染率分别为0、1.01%和0.87%,野鼠和狗感染率分别在22.22~33.33%和4.35~26.47%。感染度以野鼠最高,达609.91(算术均数)和259.06(几何均数)。并在当地另一乡发现1只野兔感染血吸虫。结论当地血吸虫病流行可能与野鼠、狗等有关,但明确各种感染宿主在血吸虫病传播中的地位尚有待分子生物学研究。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the infectious species of Schistosomiasis japonicum in Shitai and provide evidence on schistosomiasis control.Methods Three villages such as Longquan,Longshang and Yuantou were selected to examine the infection of schistosomiasis of human,domestic animals and wild mice.Both human and domestic animals were examined with parasitological method,wild mice were captured using traps bailed with coconuts and then checked with egg hatching method.Infection rate and infection intensity were calculated for each infectious species.Results The host of schistosomiasis were identified from human,dogs,cats and mice in the three pilots.The infection rate of human was 0,1.01% and 0.87% respectively in the three sites.The infection rate of mice ranged from 22.22% to 33.33% and dog from 4.35% to 26.4% in the three sites.The highest infection intensity,which was 609.09 in arithmetic mean and 259.06 in logarithmic mean,was seen in mice.One infected rabbit was found in another township.Conclusion It is supposed that mice,dogs and so on may contribute to the endemic dynamics of schistosomiasis in local areas.However,it should rely on bio-molecular studies to confirm the role of each species in the transmission of the schistosomiasis.
