【摘要】 目的评价慢性牙周炎患者非手术治疗3月后的临床疗效。方法25名慢性牙周炎患者,每位患者至少有8颗天然后牙。每个象限中至少有2个牙牙周袋深度≥5mm,采用口内自身对照的实验方法,以设A、D区后牙为对照组,共102颗;B、C区后牙为实验组,共107颗。观察这些牙在治疗前、治疗后3个月临床指标如探诊出血(BOP)、牙周袋深度(PD)、临床附着水平(CAL)、菌斑指数(PLI)的变化。结果治疗后实验组与对照组的PD、CAL、PLI指标均较治疗前显著下降,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。以上各指标的改善程度在两组间进行比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。BOP指标的改善程度在两组间进行比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论非手术治疗慢性牙周炎效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of chronic periodontitis on the response to non-surgery periodontal therapy.Methods Clinical parameters including bleeding on probing(BOP),probing depth(PD),clinic attachment level(CAL)and Plaque index(PLI),were measured of 25 patients with chronic periodontitis before and after non-surgery treatment.Results Data analysis revealed that mean PD,CAL and PLI in both non-surgery treatment team and surgery treatment team were significantly decreased as compared to base line data(P<0.05)after 3 month.But the mean reductions of BOP in surgery treatment were significantly less than those in non-surgery treatment team.Conclusions This study confirms that non-surgical therapy has a good effect on the chronic periodontitis.更多还原
