【摘要】 目的核算社区卫生服务站预防保健服务项目的成本。方法调查3所社区卫生服务站提供预防保健服务过程中物资、劳务的消耗情况和各类服务项目的数量,对从事预防保健工作的医务人员的工作内容及工作时间进行为期4周的追踪调查,应用医疗服务项目成本测算方法对社区预防保健服务项目进行成本测算。结果社区卫生服务站预防保健科室平均每人每分钟工作成本为0.74元。结论进一步满足居民的社区卫生服务需求,提高社区卫生服务效率,是降低社区卫生服务成本的有效途径,同时政府应进一步完善预防保健项目的补偿机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To inquiry into the constitutes of the cost and its influential factors in community health service about prevention.Methods The conditions of supplies and working time of health protection in 3 community health service stations were investigated retrospectively for four weeks;the item cost of community health service was calculated by the item cost price method of medical service.Results The average work cost of the department of health prevention in community health service station was 0.74 RMB per person.Conclusion To meet the requirements of residents in community health and increase the efficiency of community healthcare organization are effective ways to reduce the costs of community health service.Meanwhile the government should consummate the reimbursement policy for community health service about health protection.更多还原
