【摘要】 目的探讨带蒂髂骨皮瓣在急性复杂手外伤中的应用。方法我科2000年2月～2006年6月应用带蒂髂骨皮瓣并借鉴积水潭医院手外科腹部分层组织瓣手术方法,对合并骨、肌腱、神经损伤缺损等急性复杂手外伤进行一期修复,共实施手术27例。结果术后4例患者皮瓣远端皮缘坏死,经重新清创、游离中厚皮片植皮后愈合;术后3个月所有患者手部植骨部分有骨痂出现;术后4个月手部肿胀消退。经过4～26个月(平均9.3个月)随访,经手-前臂手术疗效评价表评分,平均为76.3分。结论带蒂髂骨皮瓣在急性手外伤手术修复中提供局部皮肤覆盖的同时,能修复掌、指骨缺损,为损伤的肌腱、神经修复、愈合提供良好的软组织条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method,indications and the use of pedicle iliun flaps in the treatment of complicated hand injury.Methods From February 2000 to June 2006,the pedical ilium flaps were designed to repair the complicated hand injury with bone nonunion,tendon and nerve defect.Results 4 cases had partial necrosis and healed after debridement surgery and the dissociating of skin grafts.The osteotylus was found in the part of transplantation after 3 months.The swelling disappeared after 4 months.The duration of the follow-up ranged from 4 to 26 months with an average of 9.3 months.Patients after suryery got average Surgery-Hand/Arm (POS-Hand/Arm) marks of 76.3.Conclusion The pedicle ilium flap provids a good skin covering,repaires metacarpal and phalanx bone defect and offeres a soft bed for the tendons and nerves.更多还原
