中药复方振荡体系的微量量热法研究
Study on the Oscillating System of Chinese Traditional Medicine Compound by Microcalorimetry
【摘要】 用微量量热法对中药复方四物汤和白头翁汤的Mn2+-BrO3--H+-Act振荡体系进行了研究,得到了四物汤和白头翁汤分别在不同浓度、不同温度下的振荡谱图和310 K时体系发生振荡的浓度范围.从热功率-时间曲线得到了振荡体系的诱导期(tin)及第一、第二振荡周期(tp,1,tp,2),并由此计算出四物汤和白头翁汤参加反应的反应级数(fin,fp,1,fp,2)和表观活化能(Ein,Ep,1,Ep,2),并建立了诱导期、振荡周期与浓度和表观活化能之间的非线性关系式.
【Abstract】 The Mn2+-BrO-3-H+-Act oscillating systems of Chinese traditional medicine compounds(Siwu Decoction and Windflower Decoction) are studied at different concentrations and different temperatures by TAM Air 8-channel calorimeter(Sweden).The power-time curves and the concentration range are determined.From power-time curves,the induction period(tin),the first oscillating period(tp,1) and the second oscillating period(tp,2) are obtained.According to the thermodynamic theory,the reaction order and the apparent activation energy are calculated.So the non-linear relationships among them are established.
