越野汽车机械自动变速闭锁与滑差液压控制系统动态特性研究
Dynamic Characteristics Study on Automated Mechanical Transmission Lock-Up and Slip Hydraulic Control System of Off-Road Vehicle
【摘要】 根据越野汽车机械自动变速系统的特点和液力变矩器滑差与闭锁离合器的控制原理,设计了换挡、滑差和闭锁液压控制系统,并确定了滑差和闭锁控制区域。利用功率键合图法,建立了液压控制系统的数学模型,在对原系统稳定性进行分析的基础上,采用极点配置法对极点进行配置,保证了系统的稳定性。对液压控制系统进行动态仿真,同时对闭锁、滑差过程进行了试验验证。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of off-road vehicle automated mechanical transmission(AMT)and the control principle of the torque converter slip and lock-up clutch,the hydraulic control system of the shift,slip and lock-up is designed,the slip and lock-up control district is determined.The mathematic model is established by the use of the power bond graph,on the basis of the stability analysis of the previous hydraulic system,adopting the pole-match method to meet system stability.The dynamic simulation is conducted and the process of lock-up and slip are verified.
