企业协同知识管理框架构建与策略研究
【摘要】 首先从现实基础和技术基础两个角度引出企业协同知识管理,分析了它的战略目标定位和基于战略目标的4个构成要素,探讨了企业协同知识管理实施的3个策略,最后提出其实施流程和保障机制。
【Abstract】 This paper firstly introduces the concept of enterprise collaborative knowledge management from realistic foundation and technology foundation,then,analyzes its strategic aims and 4 inscapes based on the aims.3 policies for enterprises to implement collaborative knowledge management are discussed.Finally,the paper puts forward its implementary process and guarantee mechanism.
