流动注射-分光光度法测定水的色度

【摘要】 基于铂钴标准比色法建立了流动注射分光光度法测定水色度的一种新方法。结果表明,对于铬钴和铂钴体系,在440nm波长处,色度在5~500度之间,峰高与色度均呈很好的线性关系。两种体系的检出限分别为1.77mg/L和2.83mg/L,线性相关系数分别为0.9999和0.99995,精密度分别为0.05%和0.11%(n=11)。将铬钴标准体系用于废水和河水色度的测定,结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 A new method was developed to determine the chroma in water based on Pt-Co spectrophotometry. The result showed that ,for Cr-Co and Pt-Co standard system, the peak height was truly linear with chroma ranging from 5-500 degree at 440 nm wavelength, and the detection limit of the two system was 1.77 mg/L and 2.83 mg/L respectively ,the calibration (r) was 0.9999 and 0.99995,the RSD was 0.05% and 0.11% ,respectively (n=11). Satisfied result was achieved to apply when the Cr-Co standard system was applied to determine the chroma of waste water and river water.
