明胶与不浸酸铬鞣剂作用的粒径及Zeta电位研究

【摘要】 以明胶为基础,研究了明胶溶液与不浸酸铬鞣剂作用后明胶体系的粒径、Zeta电位变化规律。结果表明,明胶与不浸酸铬鞣剂作用后,明胶体系的粒径显著增大。酸碱滴定表明:新配不浸酸铬鞣剂与明胶体系作用的Z-平均值在1300~5600 nm范围,Zeta电位在pH值大于4的范围内为负值。明胶与不浸酸铬鞣剂作用6 h后,Z-平均值在4800~12000 nm之间,Zeta电位在酸性范围内出现多个等电点,说明明胶和不浸酸铬鞣作用6 h后,在一定酸性范围内其表面电荷为零左右。本研究对于认识不浸酸铬鞣过程中的变化有重要指导意义。

【Abstract】 The grain size and Zeta potential of gelatin reacting with no-pickling chrome tanning solution on thebase of gelatin was investigated.The results show that grain sizeof gelatin reacting withno-pickling chrome tanning solution will increase obviously.The acid titrationshowed that gelatin reacting with flesh no-pickling chrome tanning solution,the range of Z—average change between1300-5600 nm,pH>4,Zeta potential is negative value.No-pickling chrome tanning solution having reacting with gelatin for 6 hour,The range of Z—average change between 4800-12000nm and Zeta potential appear a few isoelectric points.It inducitatesurface charge of gelatin reacting with no-pickling chrome tanning solution is about Zero.It is important to studychange of no-pickling chrome tanning process.
