【Abstract】 A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method (HPLC)was established for determina-tion of thiodiazole copper residues in winter date. Samplers were hydrolyzed by Na2S. Amberlite XAD-7 resin absorption,eluted with DMF. The system use acetonitrile + 0.1% acetic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase (12∶88,by vol). There was a good linear relationship between the content of component and its peak area. The method can be used for determination of thiodiazole copper residues in winter date.更多还原
