【Abstract】 In this study we used the leaves of variant wild Amaranthus retroflexus whose growing period lasts 20～30 days.We successfully induced the callus,got the differentiation of adventitious buds from callus,and founded clone.It is proved by experiments that,MS+BA0.5+NAA1.5mg/L is the ideal culture to induce the callus of Amaranthus retroflexus.MS+BA0.2+NAA0.1mg/L is ideal culture for granule callus and the differentiation of adventitious buds,and 1/3 MS+LAA0.2 is the ideal culture for shoots regeneration from adventitious buds.更多还原
