环丙甲酰氯合成改进
Improvement on Synthesis of Cyclopropane Carbonyl Chloride
【摘要】 环丙甲酰氯是一种重要的中间体。以γ-丁内酯为起始原料,通过与固体光气、异丙醇等原料反应,经过酯化、环合、水解等步骤,合成出含量大于98.5%的环丙甲酰氯。新工艺用固体光气代替传统的卤化剂,值得推广应用。
【Abstract】 Cyclopropane carbonyl chloride is an important intermediate. It was produced by the chemical reaction of γ-butyrolactone as an orginal material, reacted with bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate and isopropanol et al. The new synthetic method used bis(trichloromethyl) carbonate to replace general halogenating agents and included esterification, cyclization, hydrolysis and so on. The product purity was 98.5%.
