【摘要】 重点对宁东煤炭资源的开发对区域社会带来的影响因素和社会效益贡献进行了分析,指出了宁东煤炭资源走可持续发展的模式,分析了宁东煤矿区环境可持续发展系统和资源、经济与环境子系统的关系,提出了实现宁东煤炭资源可持续发展的对策.总结出宁东煤炭资源开发的可持续发展应是矿区在资源的开采过程中,在取得经济效益的同时,也要保持矿区经济得到延续和发展,通过清洁生产和生态工业,建立宁东生态工业园区,最终使矿区走上循环经济之路.更多还原

【Abstract】 This article emphasized coal resources development of East Ningxia which influence the society efficiency and contribution that brought to the region,pointed out the East Ningxia develop model of coal resources that should be the sustainable pattern,analyzed East Ningxia coal mining area’s relations between environment and sustainable development system,resources and economics,and the environment subsystem and economics,proposed the countermeasures that coal resources of East Ningxia how to realize sustainable development.Summarized during the sustainable development of East Ningxia coal mining process,should obtain the optimum economic efficiency,at the same time,should also maintain the extension and development of its economy,through clean production and ecology industry,establish East Ningxia ecology industry area,ultimately let the mining area go along with the road of circulation economy.更多还原
