不同角度人体“倒牵”状态下循环功能的变化
The Changes of Circulation during the Inversive State of Different Angle
【摘要】 采用多普勒超声方法观察人体在不同角度“倒牵”状态下血液循环的变化。旨在揭示人体在不同角度“倒置”和“倒牵”双重刺激的影响下循环系统的变化规律。结果显示:30°倒挂组各项指标基本保持稳定,说明通过神经体液调节使生理机能保持稳定。60°、90°倒挂组各项指标变化显著,SV增加,BP降低,颈内动脉BFV增多,说明机体血液循环系统产生了显著的变化。
【Abstract】 This study was conducted to observe the changes of circulation during the inversive state of different angle with the ultrasound method.Our motivation is to find the rules of circulation system under the stimulation of invertion.Methods:Ten people were studied.Echocardiography and Quantix/ND system were used.All subjects were studied during the level position,30°,60°,90° inversive position on the relaxing implement of various angle.Result and Conclusions:The index of the 30° group remains stable,and the physical functions remain stable through nerve and humor adjustments.The index of 60°,90° groups change obviously.The stroke volume and the blood flow volume of internal carotid artery increase,while the blood pressure reduces,which indicates that an obvious change of the circulation system occurres during the 60°,90° inversion position.
