【摘要】 初步设计批复确定的丹江口大坝加高工程坝顶门机改造方案为对原坝顶2台4000kN/250kN门机进行更新改造,继续使用,再新增1台5000kN门机。由于2台4000kN/250kN门机更新改造费用高,难度大,改造后整机质量和性能难以保证,对混凝土施工和施工期度汛的干扰和影响较为严重,于是针对以上情况提出了安装2台新5000kN/250kN门机的新改造方案,并从经济和技术两方面进行了综合分析比较,证明了新方案的优越性和可行性,建议采用门机改造新方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The transformation plan of gantry cranethe which has been approved by the Ministry of Water Resources is to transform two old 4 000 kN/250 kN gantry cranes which will continue to use,and to increase a new 5 000 kN gantry cranes.Bcause the expense to transform the two old 4 000 kN/250 kN is big,the technical difficulty is very big, the overall function and quality is very difficult to obtain the guarantee,and the disturbance and influence to the concrete construction and flood prevention work is more serious,so to bring forward the new plan which is to installment two new 5 000 kN/250 kN gantry cranes,and to compare and analysis the two transformation plans from economy and technology,to prove the superiority and feasibility of the new plan,and suggesting to adopt the new transformation plan.更多还原
