【摘要】 本文总结了Cummins公司在铸铁镶圈活塞粘结失效方面的经验。柴油机活塞铸铁环座的设计及粘结层影响到活塞的可靠性,断续的冷态裂缝缺陷渗透到Alfin粘结层被确认为是活塞粘结分离失效的原因,基于有限元分析与实验提出了环座设计的参数。利用超声波探伤进行严格的检测可以减少部件中的缺陷。更多还原
