【摘要】 目的了解贫困山区居民卫生服务需要和利用情况。方法随机抽取营山县的9个村的18岁以上的986名留守居民为调查对象,用自制问卷调查其健康状况及其卫生服务需要与利用状况。结果居民的两周患病率为49.7%,患者的两周就诊率为43.1%,50.1%的患者在个人诊所就诊;近一年的住院率为13.8%,需住院人数中未住院的人数占56.5%,57.4%的住院病人在乡镇卫生院住院;有21.7%的居民的医疗支出占家庭总支出的一半以上,91.9%的居民的医疗费用支出是自费的。结论营山县贫困山区居民的健康状况较差,医疗费用支出较大难以承受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of the need and utilization of health services in impoverished mountainous areas.Methods 986 stay-at-home residents aged over 18 years were randomly sampled from 9 villages in Yingshan county,and a self-administrated questionnaire was used for survey on their health status and their need and utilization of health services.Results The two-week prevalence of illness was 49.7%,the two-week prevalence of medical consultation was 43.1%,and 50.1% of patients saw doctors in private clinics.The hospitalization rate during the past one year was 13.8%;56.5% of the patients who needed to stay in hospital did not do so,and 57.4% of hospitalized patients were in township health centers.The medical expenses in 21.7% of residents were over a half of their total household expenditure,and the expenses in 91.9% of residents were self-paid.Conclusion The health status of residents in the impoverished mountainous areas of Yingshan was poor,and it was difficult for them to cover the medical expenses.更多还原
