【摘要】 将农用地分等成果应用于征地区片综合地价中的农用地等别调整法,表明农用地分等是确定征地价格补偿的重要因素.对用等别调整法划定的区片级别与最终确定的征地区片级别进行相关性分析,结果表明,两者呈高度正相关,因此农用地等别调整法可以作为划定征地区片级别的一种方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 By applying the fruits of the gradation of agricultural land in confirming integrated land section price of land expropriation,especially in the method of regulating the gradation of agricultural land,it was showed that the gradation of agricultural land is one of the most important factors to confirm the price of compensation in land expropriation.The results were obtained by the method of regulating,and the gradation of agricultural land has a high relationship to the gradation of land expropriation.So the gradation of agricultural land can be one of methods to confirm price of compensation in land expropriation.更多还原
