分光光度法测定四种植物中总黄酮含量

【摘要】 乙醚浸泡除脂类化合物、乙醇提取、用分光光度法测定植物(细叶杜香、老头草、卷柏、银杏叶)中总黄酮含量,测定波长500 nm.芦丁作为标准品测定浓度与吸光度关系的回归方程:A=0.3596c-0.0532、r=0.9875,该方法稳定,可靠、重现性好.

【Abstract】 Ethyl ether soak inter salts compounds,ethanol extraction,measured using spectroscopic plant(Ledum palunrel、Varang ustume、Bubch;Selaginella sinens is(Desv)Spring;Ginkgo biLobal;Leontopodium Leontopodioides(willd)Beauv)the total flavonoids content measured wavelength 500nm.Luding concentrations measured as a standard goods Xiguangduo relations with the return equation: A=0.3596c-0.0532,r=0.9875,which means stable,reliable,recurring character is well.
