TiO2/高岭土负载型催化剂的制备及其结构性能研究

【摘要】 以高岭土颗粒为载体,用TiCl4水解法制备出TiO2/高岭土负载型催化剂,以XRD、TG-DTA方法对所制备的催化剂进行了表征.以草酸为目标降解物考察了催化剂的光催化活性,结果表明所制得的TiO2/高岭土负载型催化剂具有较高的光催化活性.探讨了煅烧温度、催化剂用量、反应时间等条件对催化剂光催化活性的影响.

【Abstract】 TiO-2/kaolin photocatalyst is prepared from kaolin particles through titanic chloride hydrolysis and its structure characterization is carried out by use of XRD and TG-DTA techniques.Anatase titanium oxide is loaded on kaolin by means of XRD technique.TG-DTA curves indicate that TiO-2 obtained will transform from amorphous phase to anatase phase at about 405℃.The evaluation of photocatalytic activities is made by producing a photocatalytic reaction of oxalic acid.Results show that the said catalyst has high photocatalytic activities,Further,effects of some factors,such as calcinations temperature,amount of catalyst and reaction time,on the photocatalytic activities are studied.
