【Abstract】 To improve the quality of minority cadres comprehensively is the key to implement the law of regional autonomy of minority ethnic people in a full scale, to fully perform each autonomous right that is granted by the Constitution and the law of regional autonomy of minority ethnic people and to further perfect the system of regional autonomy of minority ethnic people. Under this situation, we must improve understanding, fulfill responsibility, promote the overall quality of the minority cadres and set up multi-level and multi-type national education system.
