【摘要】 目的:了解neuritin基因在肺癌组织中的表达情况,探讨neuritin基因表达与肺癌发生发展的相关性。方法:收集肺癌、正常肺石蜡及新鲜组织标本,利用免疫组化检测组织中neuritin的表达情况。利用RT-PCR方法检测新鲜肺癌及正常肺组织中neuritin mRNA表达。结果:肺癌组织中neuritin的表达高于正常肺组织,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:neuritin在肺癌组织和正常肺组织表达存在显著差异,提示neuritin表达可能与该肿瘤的发生发展相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the expression of neuritin in normal lung and lung cancer,and to evaluate the relationship between neuritin expression and lung tumogenesis or cancer development.Methods:Samples embedded in paraffin wax samples of lung cancer and normal lung tissue were used to detect neuritin expression by immunohistochemistry(IHC),fresh tissues of normal lung and lung cancer were used to detect the neuritin expression by and RT-PCR.Results:neuritin expression in 30 cases of lung cancer is higher than that in 20 cases of normal lung.Conclusion:neuritin expression is different between normal lung and lung cancer,the different of expression maybe related to the tumogenesis and/or cancer development.更多还原
