【摘要】 目的了解胃粘膜癌前病变在不同人群、不同病变的发生情况,以指导临床诊疗。方法选择胃镜下发现胃粘膜有较明显变化(如糜烂、出血点、疣状隆起、溃疡、癌肿、息肉)的病人进行活检做病理检查,统计胃粘膜癌前病变的检出率,分析胃粘膜癌前病变在不同年龄、性别、幽门螺杆菌阳性和阴性患者中的检出率。结果平果县胃粘膜癌前病变的检出率,男性明显高于女性;年龄越大胃粘膜癌前病变检出率越高;Hp感染是造成胃粘膜癌前病变的因素之一。结论我县胃粘膜癌前病变及胃癌的发病率较低,可能与我县的膳食结构如长期食用抗癌食品玉米有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the rate of gastric mucosa precancerous lesion in different patients and guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Cases with remarked changes (anabrosis, bleeding point, mammilla, ulcer, boss, polypus etc.) in gastric mucosa by gastroscopy were selected to make the biopsy, and the gastric mucosa precancerous lesion detection rate in different ages, sexes, helicobacter pylori positive or negative patients were analyzed.Results The gastric mucosa precancerous lesion detection rate in Pingguo county was higher in woman and elder people and Hp positive people.Conclusion The morbility of gastric mucosa precancerous lesion and gastric carcinoma is lower in Pingguo county; it is probably relevant to the dietary pattern features some anticancer foods like the corn in this county.更多还原
