【摘要】 《学生体质健康标准》对学生的身体形态、机能和素质等方面有科学的规定,以此为依据,我们对南京工业大学的学生体质进行了测评,并对其测评得分及成绩分布等结果进行分析,反映出南京工业大学学生体质的总体水平仅处于及格状态,其原因与学业任务过重、缺乏体育锻炼关系密切。应在科学测试和分析的基础上,有针对性地调整体育教育的内容和方法,促进学生体质健康优良率的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 A test of the students’ conformation,enginery and diathesis according to Student Physique Health Standards reveals that the average level of NJUT students just passes muster.The reasons are closely related to their heavy study tasks and lack of exercise.The paper points out that the contents and methods of physical education should be regulated to improve the students’ constitution condition to fine standard.更多还原
