电力电子中的传导性EMI噪声源测量与分析

【摘要】 对传导性电磁干扰(EMI)噪声源的特性测量与分析作了初步研究,对噪声源产生机理以及噪声源建模方法进行了对比分析,分别讨论了谐振法、插入损耗法和双电流探头法等.此外还采用双电流探头法进行了实际噪声源的内阻抗测定和建模分析,分析结果与采用阻抗仪测得的结果基本吻合.研究为传导性EMI滤波器设计提供了必要条件.

【Abstract】 In this paper,the research about measurement and analysis of conductive EMI noise source has been done.First,the EMI noise generation mechanism of noise source and comparison between various modeling approaches are analyzed.Then,some noise source modeling methods such as resonant method,insertion loss method and two current probe method are discussed respectively.Additionally,the internal impedance measurement and parameter extraction of practical noise source is implemented by using two current probe method.Result is basically agreed with the measurement result by using impedance analyzer.The study in this paper may offer some useful information for conductive EMI filter design.
