【Abstract】 Child-bearing civilization is a help to carry out family planning policy,to provide a good population environment for the building of a new socialist countryside,and it can be considered as an assurance for farmers to live a wealthy life.It is also advantageous in increasing the rural capital storage,providing human resources for the economical development.In the meanwhile,it does favor to fostering more civil behavior,improving the overall cleanliness of villages,and exercising democratic management as well as the harmonious development of social economy in the countryside.The paper accordingly puts forward 6 suggestions under this topic.更多还原
