车辆非线性半主动悬架的模型跟踪变结构控制
Variable Structure Model-following Control for Nonlinear Semi-active Suspension in Vehicle
【摘要】 以车辆两自由度系统的悬架振动模型为基础,针对该系统的非线性特性,设计了以最优控制系统为参考模型的模型跟踪变结构半主动控制系统。该控制系统用极点配置法确定切换面参数,以保证系统稳定;采用指数趋近率求取变结构控制律,使系统状态能够快速到达切换面,对逼近误差具有较强的鲁棒性,且能较为有效地削弱抖振。最后用Simulink进行仿真实验,结果表明:此控制系统具有良好的减振性能,能较好地提高乘坐舒适性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the control of a semi-active suspension system using a quartercar vehicle model was investigated.Due to the presence of nonlinear such as a hardening spring,a magnetorheological damper force in a real suspension system,it is very difficult to achieve desired performances using linear control techniques.To ensure robustness,a Variable Structure Model-following(VSMF) controller has been designed.The controller utilized an optimal control scheme for an active suspension as a reference model.In the controller,the parameters of the switching surface are determined using the method of pole assignment.A rate exponent approach was used to obtain the control law.The efficecy of the scheme was investigated through computer simulation.
