【摘要】 目的探讨痔术后疼痛、出血、排便困难等并发症的预防方法。方法2005年5月-2006年5月108例混合痔患者按手术单双日随机分入试验组和对照组,两组患者的基本资料、性别、年龄等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组48例术后有便意时,立即用中药薰洗剂坐浴10 min,然后予2%丁卡因肛周局部喷雾,5 min后排便;对照组60例患者排便前不用中药薰洗坐浴及2%丁卡因肛周局部喷雾,其他措施相同。结果试验组在排便困难、便时疼痛、出血方面均优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药薰洗坐浴及2%丁卡因肛周局部喷雾预防痔术后并发症效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the methods to prevent postoperative complications like pain,bleeding and difficulty in defecation after hemorrhoid clearance.Methods 60 patients were grouped as controls and another 48 as experimental group according to their odd or even registration dates,no significant difference in the basic data of cases in the two groups(P>0.05).In the experimental group,the cases were treated with sitz bath with Chinese herbs for 10 minutes and then with local nebulization with 2% decaine right at the desire of defecation.The controls were treated only with 2% decaine.Results The effect at difficulty,pain and bleeding at defecation in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance.Conclusion Sitz bath with Chinese herbs combined with local nebulization with 2% decaine is effective in preventing complications after hemorrhoid clearance.更多还原
