【摘要】 本文认为,市场机制自身的固有缺陷决定了产业发展面临着"囚徒困境",造成市场资源的低效率配置。对此,本文提出了解决这一困境的对策。

【Abstract】 The paper concludes that the shortness of the market mechanism leads to the "Prisoner’s Dilemma" whichthe media industry is faced with. So the paper puts forwards some suggestiong to solve this problem.
