【摘要】 通过对麻类科研的公益性和商业性全面分析,阐述了麻类科研机构尚不能转为企业的理由。

【Abstract】 This paper elaborated that the public welfare and the commercial characters of fiber crops scientific research institution,still expounded the reason of the scientific research institution could not transfer to the enterprise.
