【Abstract】 The present paper reports on the formation of microspore in Allium fistulosum,cultivated and naturalized in Guizhou.There is not a brief interphase between the meiosis I and Ⅱ.The cytokinesis of the microspore mother cell in meiosis is of the continuous type.There are three types of microspore tetrads.The pollen mother cells are not of the same meiosis stages during the meiosis.The process of the meiosis of Allium fistulosum is almost the same as that of the place of origin.The difference is that the chromosomes often fasten together during the stage of metaphases I and Ⅱ.更多还原
