【摘要】 目的:探讨针对外伤性上唇唇红部分缺损畸形的修复方法。方法:应用下唇交叉粘膜瓣,分两次手术修复上唇部分唇红缺损,唇红瓣面积最小为1.8cm×1.0cm,最大为3.0cm×2.0cm。结果:自2002年3月以来,应用下唇交叉粘膜瓣修复外伤性上唇唇红部分缺损患者共10例,粘膜瓣全部成活良好,术后外观满意。结论:应用下唇交叉粘膜瓣修复外伤性上唇唇红部分缺损畸形,具有较强的临床适应证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective We propose a technique that can repair the traumatic upper vermilion defect easily.Methods A cross lower lip mucosal flap was used to repair the upper vermilion defect with a two-stage operation.The size of the cross lower lip mucosal flaps raged from 1.8cm×1.0cm to 3.0cm×2.0cm.Results This technique has been successfully used in 10 patiants with upper vermilion defect.The cross lower lip mucosal flaps survived in all cases and the shape of lips were obviously repaired with an excellent aesthetic as well as good functional results.Conclusion The cross lower lip mucosal flap can successfully repair the upper vermilion defects.更多还原
