【摘要】 目的:探讨不同方法修复下唇癌切除后缺损的适应证。方法:60例下唇癌患者分别行唇癌切除术,根据缺损的大小,分别用楔形切除拉拢缝合,Abbe-Eslander法,Bernade法和扇形组织瓣法即刻修复缺损,术后1～4年随访观察其形态和功能恢复状况。结果:所有患者术后病情稳定,组织瓣均成活,应用楔形切除拉拢缝合,Abbe-Esl ander法,Bernade法修复者,唇的功能形态恢复均较为满意。应用扇形瓣修复者2例,术后口角圆钝,两侧不对称。由于组织量不足和术后感染致唇形态欠佳者2例。结论:根据下唇癌切除后缺损的大小及部位,设计适合个体的修复方法,能够获得较好的修复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the different reconstruction methods on lip defects after lip cancer resection.Methods 60 patients were studied by the reconstruction of different methods on lip cancer.The operation was complete according to the size of defects by V exection,Abbe-Eslander’s flap,Bernade flap and fan shape tissue flap.Observing the morphological and functional recovery after a follow-up of 1～4 years.Results All the patients were in stable conditions and the flaps were survived.Using V-Y plasty,Abbe-Eslander,Bernade for reconstruction,the recovery of the function was found to be satisfied with the lip.Using fan flap for two cases,the corner of lip is blunt and asymmetric movement.The poor shape of two cases was found because of inadequacy of the tissue and postoperative infection.Conclusions Choosing different methods for individual patients according to the size and location of lip defects can have a good result.更多还原
