【摘要】 目的:探讨阴囊Paget病的临床特点、诊断及整形外科治疗。方法:术前24例患者均经病理证实为阴囊Paget病,术中据冰冻切片结果指导扩大切除范围+同侧腹股沟淋巴结清扫+邻位旋转皮瓣修复缺损。结果:24例患者切缘阳性者6例,淋巴结转移3例。伤口愈合良好,局部形态及功能满意,随访20例3个月～4年,局部复发4例,脑转移1例。结论:阴囊Paget病早期诊断非常重要,术中扩大切除范围,在根治病灶的同时采用整形外科方法修复会阴部Paget病的皮损,既能完好地修复大面积的皮损,又能恢复其外形及功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical features,diagnosis and the plastic treatment of Paget’s disease involving the scrotum. Methods 24 cases were diagonsed by pathology before operation,and Extended excise the focus ofinfection according to the result of rapid feozen section、the sameside inguinal clearance of lymphnodes then repair the skin absence with plastic method, such as local random skin flap. Results Incisal margin was positive in 6 cases,3 cases were lymphatic metastasis.The wound healing was satisfactory in 24 cases, the image and function.were fairly good. 20 cases have been successfully followed up from 3 months to 4 years, local relapse in 4 cases, brain metastasis in 1 case. Conclusion It is very important for Paget’s disease to early diagnosis. Extended excise the focus ofinfection according to the result of rapid feozen section. Repairment of the skin absence of Paget’s disease with the methods of plastic surgery is reliable effects.更多还原
