【摘要】 目的:探讨一种保留乳腺导管的、具有较好功能和外形的外科矫正乳头肥大的方法。方法:局部麻醉下按设计线切除肥大的乳头顶部多余的皮肤以及乳头体部多余皮肤和皮下组织,注意保留乳腺导管。结果:为20例(40个乳头)双侧乳头肥大的就医者行乳头缩小整形术,均取得满意效果。结论:这种方法适用于任何类型的乳头肥大,能达到就医者要求,可形成符合美学标准的乳头,而且对乳头的感觉及血运没有不良影响,保留了乳腺导管,术后不影响哺乳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective We propose a technique that can be easily performed and can produce excellent aesthetic aswell as good functional results. Methods In our method, three parts of the nipple tissue can be excised: the skin on top of the nipple,the upper circumferential part of the nipple column and the hypertrophic subcutaneous tissue and the lactiferous ducts can be protected well. Results This technique has been successfully used in 20 women with hypertrophic nipples. Conclusion This technique can correct any kind of hypertrophic nipple to normal size with good sensation and lactation.更多还原
