α-Al2O3对PVDF超滤膜的结构与性能影响研究
Effects of α-Al2O3 nanoparticles on PVDF ultrafiltration membrane
【摘要】 研究了α-Al2O3纳米颗粒质量分数在0%~5%之间时,对聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜的纯水通量、截留率、力学等性能带来的影响,及孔隙率和润湿角的变化,得出了α-Al2O3的最佳加入量,并利用FT-IR,SEM对α-Al2O3/PVDF杂化膜的结构进行了研究.
【Abstract】 Inorganic nanoparticles-α-Al2O3 can be added into the polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) casting solution,from which inorganic-organic hybrid membrane is made.The hybrids membrane has some improvements in characteristics compared with PVDF membrane.If appropriate α-Al2O3 nanoparticles are added,the pure water flux and retention of membrane are improved mainly for membrane porosity increase.The mechanical capability of porous membrane decreases for a great amount of pores in the membrane.
