长距离大型带式输送机动态多目标模糊优化设计
Fuzzy Dynamic Multi-objective Optimization Design for Long-distance Belt Conveyor
【摘要】 通过对输送机进行静动态分析和性能分析,建立了模糊约束函数。从而建立了输送机系统多目标模糊优化的数学模型,探讨了设计参数的取值范围,讨论了优化求解方法。利用此模糊优化可实现设计参数的最优化配置,并可获得一系列优化方案,作为决策、设计和制造的参考。
【Abstract】 Fuzzy constraint functions are set up according to static analysis,dynamic analysis and properties analysis of belt conveyor.In this case,multi-objective fuzzy optimization mathematical model of the whole belt conveyor system is proposed,the rang of main design parameters is researched and the solution approach of optimization model is discussed.This model presented result in the most optimal allocation for construct design parameters and obtain a series of optimal schemes,which has considerable reference value in decision making,design and manufacture.
